Dear, Homes By Harris Client, Our home, constructed by Homes By Harris, was hand built a 2x4 at at time, with the highest degree of quality. The materials used were premier and the workmanship, craftsmanship, could be seen in every detail. We spent thirteen years in our Homes By Harris home, and the house remained current during that time, owning to the timeless design elements and materials used in construction. The placement of the home on a water lot maximized the views from the main living areas, and the upgraded custom wood moldings, cabinets and fixtures set the home apart from other custom built homes. The home had very little wear and tear at the time we sold it, and it sold for more than its retained value. We continue a Harris home ownership in an adjacent community in a Harris Builders custom home, we have been delighted with the Harris family's value of quality craftsmanship. " My husband and I purchased a Homes by Harris home 12 years ago. After following the Harris Homes for years, going to all of their open houses and model homes, we were very impressed with their quality of construction and the products used. When we were ready to build a custom home, we knew who we were going with Homes by Harris. This was our first custom home, and our experience was fantastic. Right from the start with Mark, till the completion of our home we encountered no major problems. When picking a builder it's very important to establish a good relationship, since you will be working together for at least a year or longer. Mark was very thorough in explaining everything and his patience was great, since it took me a while to choose my flooring and tile for the home. Mark took me twice to make selections, because I changed my mind from the first time. After being in the home five years we encountered a minor problem and I called Mark to find out who I should call, but he came and fixed the problem himself. (Barrington)
